A group of Swiss volunteers have been participating and taking part for four years now at the Therapy Camps of Green Cross in Belarus. One of them is Barbara Roos from Fribourg. She says, "Also this year, the children have been waiting for quite some time now and have been looking forward to go to "Iskanja". "Iskanja" is the name of our camps. I have been helping two camps up to now. On the first year, we did gypsum masks and painted them. The second time, we decorated windows, painted flower pots and sowed some flowers. It is incredible, how one with relatively small investments can make these children happy. I am convinced that this is a particularly important point of our work."

Also next year, we will be looking again for volunteers for the camps in Belarus. They will take place in July and August and will last four weeks.
